The picture on the Lego box shows a pirate ship. The blocks inside build a pirate ship. Your heart desires a pirate ship. Yet, when you start haphazardly stuffing pieces together, no pirate ship.
As active people, we know the broad gist of healthy eating. As a coach, when I look over diets I rarely see large, glaring issues with WHAT people eat. More often I see what they don’t eat and how they eat the right things at the wrong times.
