Optimize your time and your workout by using this 15:00 routine after you finish your last rep.  Doing so will help add a healthy dose of fat-loss time while also providing your body the care it needs to stay operating strong and injury-free.  Enjoy!

10:00 LIGHT CARDIO (70-80% MAX HR) FOLLOWED BY 5:00 OF FOAM ROLLING: GLUTES/I.T. BAND/LOW BACK
