Fitbit, MyFitnessPal, Nike Fuel Band, Apple Watch, and the other 50 fitness wearables on the market will try to tell you that taking steps equals fitness.  Really?  Then why is my mailman overweight and struggling up my drive?

Fitness movement means purposeful activity with desired results.  Walking gets you from A to B, fitness gets you from unsatisfied to impressed.  Here’s an activity to analyze your movement without a goofy band around your wrist:Watch Full Movie Online Streaming Online and Download

  1. Track your fitness activity: what you did, where you did it, duration, how you felt (1-10).
  2. Keep this log handy for repeated entries.
  3. Trend your repeat fitness against previous activity.
  4. Did you move faster, feel better, feel worse, recover well, etc ?

These thoughts and answers will give you a true understanding of your movement patterns and growth in fitness.  Count steps if it makes you feel better.  Count your fitness to BE better.
